Description : This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective proponents to submit proposals for spine implants and related instrumentation which includes but is not limited to cervical and thoracolumbar cases, minimally invasive, percutaneous, growing rod spine implants, posterior screw rod constructs, metallic bio-synthetic anterior cervical thoracolumbar interbody fixation devices and vertebral interbody machined spine allograft cases: as well as the associated plates, screws, rods, cages, crosslink, pins and total implant systems for use in new and revision procedures for adult & child orthopedics and neurosurgery in Manitoba. There are two award scenarios that are being contemplated in this RFP. The first scenario is for a sliding scale threshold value award based on overall annual contract spend, that will be reviewed annually and the second scenario is for an award by construct to a primary and secondary suppliers for the provision of the products and services as outlined in this RFP.
