PROJECT SCOPE
The purpose of this RFP is to establish an agreement for the SAP ERP and Enterprise Portal Systems & Database Administration.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND OBJECTIVE(S)
Description
The Successful Respondent will provide SAP Suite related technical administration (BASIS) and product functional resources/skills in support of MPAC-s SAP Suite of products including SAP ERP, Enterprise Portal, Web Dispatcher, Solution Manager, Content Server, and SAP Success Factors as well as related technologies and products.
All system/database (BASIS) administration and application/functional activities and resources will operate with a security first focus in the areas of support, design, build, testing and change management.
The Successful Respondent will provide Security focused end to end systems support including zero day patching and weekly patch windows and alignment with local ISO certified Corporate IT personnel and procedures.
