Please note this RFP is available on B&T-s along with RFP-0001-2023-C1- Operational and Security Support of SAP ERP and Enterprise Portal Systems & Database Administration and both form part of MPAC-s Operational and Security Support of SAP.Respondents are encouraged to consider participation in both opportunities.

PROJECT SCOPE
The purpose of this RFP is to establish an agreement for the SAP BPC System & Database Administration.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND OBJECTIVE(S)
Specific to SAP BPC, the Successful Respondent will have both the BASIS (DBA) and Functional BPC skills needed to support and enhance our SAP BPC for MS version 10.1 running on SQL Server.
The Successful Respondent will also have experience with SQL Analysis Services, SSIS packages, script logic, EVDRE, the EPM Add-in for Excel and the BPC Admin console in support of the end to end solution.
All system/database (BASIS) administration and application/functional activities and resources will operate with a security first focus in the areas of support, design, build, testing and change management.
The Successful Respondent will provide Security focused end to end systems support including zero day patching and weekly patch windows for the BPC server application and the SQL Server Database and align activities with local ISO certified Corporate IT personnel and procedures.
