- The Regional District of North Okanagan (RDNO) requires the services of a qualified water and sewer operator(s) in good standing with the Environmental Operators Certification Program (EOCP) to provide operation and maintenance services for three community water utility systems and one sewer utility system known as Silver Star Water (SSW), Mabel Lake Water (MLW), Grindrod Water (GRW), and Mabel Lake Sewer (MLS).
