- The South River Water Treatment Facility was constructed in 2000 and has been operated by the Ontatrio Clean Water Agency since 2005. This cosntract covers all operations, maintenance, and management of the facility in compliance with all municipal, provincial and federal regulations. As the successfulproponent will be responsible for the Overall Responsible Operator for the South River Distribution System where the day to day operations are done by municipalemployees.
