Description:
This Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS), on behalf of the Ministry of Highways (Ministry) to prospective Respondents to provide Responses for the provision of Operating Leases for Articulated Motor Graders throughout the province of Saskatchewan. The articulated motor graders will be required on an “if and when required” basis, as further described in the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A). The intention of this RFSQ is to establish a prequalification list. The Government of Saskatchewan, (GOS), Ministry of Highways (Ministry), is conducting a request for supplier qualifications (RFSQ) for the supply and delivery of articulated motor graders along with operating lease agreement(s) for the equipment. As a result of this competition, prequalified suppliers with the ability to provide lease Agreement options for the supply and delivery of articulated motor graders will be invited to participate in the second-stage process. With each award of the second-stage process, the Ministry expects to enter into a 60 month, five (5) year, 300 hour per year lease agreement with the Successful Respondent(s). However, the Ministry may consider other leasing terms, which are dependent upon additional funding. The Ministry reserves the right to purchase the articulated motor graders prior to the end of the lease agreement.
