- The purpose of this RFP is to invite proposals from qualified, experienced companies for the supply and delivery of Operating Lease for Two (2) Articulating Loaders as stated within this RFP. Equipment shall be new and that which has never been owned except by a manufacturer, distributor or dealer and has never been registered. The City is seeking to identify and select qualified Suppliers that have the knowledge, technical resources, experience, reputation and capacity to supply, deliver and provide continuous support for the equipment.
