REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The City of New Westminster invites submissions for a OOH Media Contractor Supply, Installation, and Maintenance of Static &Digital Transit Shelters and Panels in New Westminster, BC.

The City is seeking an experienced Out of Home / Digital Out of Home (OOH / DOOH) Media Contractor to deliver a coordinated inventory of static (paper) and digital transit shelters in a variety of styles and sizes to replace Existing Shelters owned by the current Contractor Pattison Outdoor under the terms of an agreement effective in 2008 and expiring in April 2025.
