Description: the Objective of This Expression of Interest (Eoi) is to Seek Submissions from Proponents that May be Interested in an Opportunity to Provide Accommodations for Athletes Participating in the 2024 Ontario Winter Games.The City of Thunder Bay 2024 Ontario Winter Games Organising Committee is Responsible for Producing and Hosting the Upcoming 2024 Ontario Winter Games.The Committee is Responsible for Arranging for Accommodation for up to 3,500 Individuals Including Athletes, Coaches, Managers, Major Officials As Well As Equipment Throughout the Games, Commencing Friday, February 16 to Monday, February 19 2024 and Friday, February 23 to Monday, February 26, 2024. the Ontario Winter Games Includes Youth Athletes Aged 12 to 18 Years As Well As Parasport Athletes of All Ages. the Games will Involve Approximately 25 Different Sports at Sport Venues Spread out Across the Region of Thunder Bay.
