Definition of needs and requirementsThe French Language Virtual Learning Consortium of Ontario (CAVLFO) intends to award a contract for the media coverage and instructional design of the following online course: Course name: Spanish, Level 1, theoretical. Course rating: LWSBD. Curriculum: Classical studies and international languages. The service provider undertakes to provide the following services: Media coverage and interactivity: Complete integration into the D2L Brightspace platform, including the creation of original interactive learning objects (ILOs) and the use of tools like Creator Plus and H5P. Pedagogical and linguistic revision: Partial revision of content to ensure harmonization with the Ontario curriculum and the Linguistic Planning Policy (PAL). Compliance and Accessibility: Guaranteed compliance with Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) standards and WCAG 2.1 Level AA criteria. Quality Control: Process rigorous including progressive validation stages with CAVLFO and the Ministry of Education (EDU).
