Notice is hereby given that the Province of British Columbia, as represented by the Ministry of Water, Land and Resource Stewardship (the “Province”) is contemplating adding additional funding to the contract to Bit3 Consulting Ltd. (the “Supplier”).

The high-level details of the contemplated contract are generally described below.
Increasing the funding to continue to build on work already underway to iteratively develop, deploy and operate a replacement for the Online Application Tracking System (OATS) and OATS public facing portal used by the Agricultural Land Commission (ALC).
Improve upon existing user interfaces and add customizable Planning Review and Issue workflows that address business needs of the ALC, applicants, and local Governments. The focus of this work will be to complete the roll-out of a further enhanced public facing portal, provide dedicated support for the replacement products, and ensure a comprehensive hand-off to the emerging government agile team.
