Description : 100 Laurier Street, Gatineau, QC Request for Proposals (RFP) for On-Site Digitization of the CMH-s collections The Museum is seeking Proposals from potential firms who have managerial and technical experience in providing digitization services for the “On-Site Digitization of the CMH-s collections” in Gatineau, Quebec, Canada. This is a one-step two-envelope submission process (Technical and Financial) to select the overall highest ranked Proponent who may then be invited to negotiate or to enter into a Contract with the Museum. The selected Proponent will be required to provide the necessary scanning service and artefact photography throughout the contract period to close out. The required services include, but not limited the deliverables: Provide ongoing digital photography services to record artifacts, along with other types of artifact photography, upon request; Scanning of various formats of photographs and negatives; Scanning of various types of archival documents on paper; providing the CMH with various digital formats upon request; and Incorporate various metadata into IPTC fields, in both official languages, including entries in the “keywords” field (for the archival document number), and ent...
