The Town is committed to delivering efficient, accessible, and modern transportation services to its residents. In response to the rapidly evolving transportation landscape, the Town is seeking proposals that leverage advanced technology to provide on-demand, ride-share public transit solutions. This initiative aims to enhance mobility options, reduce wait times, and improve route planning through the use of intelligent, real-time systems.
Qualified and experienced Bidders are invited to submit proposals to provide services for the years 2026 through 2030, with the possibility of annual contract renewals beyond 2030. The Town is seeking innovative, environmentally responsible solutions that deliver reliable service and an exceptional user experience.
The Town is seeking a turnkey service, wherein the selected Bidder will:
Own and maintain the fleet of vehicles,Hire, train, and manage all drivers,Own and operate the underlying robust technology platform, andDemonstrate expertise in both service delivery and technology integration.The successful Bidder will bring proven experience in delivering comprehensive, tech-enabled transit services, with a focus on maximizing accessibility, operational efficiency, and service quality for residents.
