The Purchaser is seeking Proposals from qualified and experienced Proponents to provide a team of professionals to deliver health services at the Health Centre situated on the St. Clair College South Windsor Campus, located at 2000 Talbot Rd. West, Windsor, Ontario N9A 6S4. The successful Proponentwill also be required to provide oversight through the implementation and use of medical directives at the Health Centre located on the St. Clair College Chatham Campus, located at 1001 Grand Ave. West, Chatham, Ontario N7M 5W4.The Preferred Proponent's business model must be funded exclusively throughthe Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP), international student insurance billing, and revenue from non-insured services such as the completion of medical notes.
