- Olds College is seeking a supplier of firm non-curtailable supply of electricity, to be delivered to all the sites located in Olds College-s service territory of Fortis Alberta.Olds College wishes to obtain firm and competitively priced electricity supply from a Proponent who is in good financial standing. Also, Olds College will utilize the responses from this RFP to establish a pre-qualified pool of Proponents for future electricity transactions, for compliant Proponents who progress through initial stages I and II of this RFP.
