Description:
The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region-s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Proposal. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Deliverables include, but are not limited to the supply of all labour, material and equipment required for Oil-Grit Separator structure inspection and assessments within the Region.

DEPOSIT: All Bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of an EFT or Wire Transfer in the amount of Ten Thousand Dollar ($10,000.00) to act as security for the satisfaction of the conditions of award listed in Part D of this Appendix A (RFT Particulars).
Bid Deposits must be submitted via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Wire Transfer to the account specified in Section C.1 of Appendix A.
Bids received that do not include a bid deposit in a form acceptable to the Region shall be deemed noncompliant and shall be rejected
