Description:
As part of the Khalsa Day Parade waste management requirements, we require the provision and proper disposal of oil waste collected during the event.The scope of work includes: Supply of oil drums suitable for the safe collection of used cooking oil and related liquid waste Placement and coordination of drums at designated on-site and off-site locationsDrum allocation and placement will be as follows: Two (2) oil drums to be placed on-site at 9 Carrier Drive Two (2) oil drums to be positioned at off-site locations, as designated by event organizersA detailed map indicating all placement and drop-off locations will be provided in advance to ensure accurate deployment.All oil drums must meet safety and environmental standards, be clearly labeled, and be secure to prevent leaks, spills, or contamination. Vendors must ensure that the containers are appropriate for food-grade oil disposal and capable of handling expected volumes.Following the event, the vendor will be responsible for the safe collection, transportation, and disposal of all oil waste in accordance with applicable environmental regulations and best practices. Documentation confirming proper disposal may be required upon completion.Coordination with event organizers will be necessary to confirm placement locations, ensure timely delivery prior to the event, and arrange prompt removal after event conclusion.
