- The City of Delta (“the City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified engineering consultants to update Delta-s existing Infoworks ICM sewer and Infowater Pro water models. The model was last updated in 2023 based on the original Official Community Plan (OCP) and included conversion of the models to Infowater Pro for water and Infoworks ICM for sewer as previous software models are obsolete. The water and sewer city-wide models include an existing scenario, interim scenario, and the OCP pre- and post-upgrade scenarios, based on the original OCP. The successful proponent will submit an Infoworks ICM sanitary model and Infowater Pro water model per the new 2024 OCP population densities.
