- Description:
- The Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement is accepting proposals for the provision of office, storage and parking space in the City of North Battleford, Saskatchewan. Key requirements for the leased space are described below, and in the attached RFP document. The approximate area required is a total minimum Usable Area of 240 m², comprised as follows: Office Space Component - Usable Area of 130 square metres (1,399.31 ft2) of BOMA Usable Area Storage Space Component - Usable Area of 70 square metres (753.47 ft2) of BOMA Usable Area. Washroom/Changeroom Component - Usable Area of 40 square metres (430.56 ft2) of BOMA Usable Area. In addition, the Ministry requires 15 automobile parking stalls (with block heater) on a .5 acre secure compound. The proposal shall be made on the standard offer form provided by the Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement (attached).
