July 31, 2025NOTICE OF MATH SKILLS DIGITAL TOOL SYSTEMS AND RELATED SERVICES REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) #2025-481 POSTED ON OTP

OECM, a collaborative sourcing organization, has issued a non-binding RFP, as noted above on the Ontario Tenders Portal (“OTP”).
There are numerous benefits for doing business with OECM. Refer to our website at https://oecm.ca/suppliers/ for more information.
The objective of the RFP is to award Master Agreements to up to five (5) qualified Suppliers for the provision of Math Skills Digital Tool Systems and Related Services on an as-and-when required basis for OECM Customers.
Proposals will be evaluated in seven (7) stages, as detailed in Part 3 of the RFP.
The Proponent must not be a U.S. Business, where U.S. Business means a supplier, manufacturer, or distributor of any business structure (including a sole proprietorship, partnership, corporation, or other business structure) that:(i) has its headquarters or main office located in the U.S., and(ii) has fewer than two hundred and fifty (250) full-time employees in Canada.If a Proponent is a subsidiary of another corporation, part (i) of the definition above is met if that Proponent is controlled by a corporation that has its headquarters or main office located in the U.S.
The term of the resulting Master Agreements is intended to be for six (6) years with no option to extend the Term.
