• September 18, 2025NOTICE OF CHROMEBOOK PRODUCTS AND RELATED SERVICES REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS(RFP) #2025-488 POSTED ON OTP  Please note this is not an RFP. No RFP is attached.OECM, a collaborative sourcing organization, has issued a non-binding RFP, as noted above on the OntarioTenders Portal (“OTP”).There are numerous benefits for doing business with OECM. Refer to our website athttps://oecm.ca/suppliers/ for more information.The objective of the RFP is to award Master Agreements to one (1) or more qualified Suppliers, eachrepresenting a different OEM for the provision of Chromebook Products and Related Services on an as-andwhen required basis for OECM Customers.Proposals will be evaluated in seven (7) stages, as detailed in Part 3 of the RFP.The Proponent must not be a United States of America (“U.S.”) Business, where U.S. Business means asupplier, manufacturer, or distributor of any business structure (including a sole proprietorship, partnership,corporation, or other business structure) that: (i) has its headquarters or main office located in the U.S., and (ii)has fewer than two hundred and fifty (250) full-time employees in Canada. If a Proponent is a subsidiary ofanother corporation, part (i) of the definition above is met if that Proponent is controlled by a corporation thathas its headquarters or main office located in the U.S.The term of the resulting Master Agreements is intended to be for approximately seven (7) years.The Master Agreements will be available to organization such as educational entities (e.g., school boards orauthorities, Provincial and Demonstration Schools Branch with the Ontario Ministry of Education, colleges,and universities, and may also include Private Schools and Private Career Colleges), health and socialservice entities, hydro, Local Housing Corporations, the Legislative Assembly, Municipalities and relatedservice organizations, not-for-profit organizations, Ontario Electricity Financial Corporation, Ontario PowerAuthority, provin...
