The Corporation of the Town of Pelham (“the Town”) is seeking proposals from qualified providers of odour management consulting services to advise and assist the Town with various odour-related matters, including but not limited to successful implementation of the Town-s Odour Management By-law, which was passed on November 20, 2024, and various odour-related provisions in its Official Plan and Zoning By-law (“the Services”). The Services are further described in section 5 of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”).
Bids will be evaluated based on the criteria set out in this RFP. The Town intends to enter an agreement with the successful Bidder to provide the Services for an initial term of two (2) years with the option of subsequent renewal(s) with the agreement of Council. - Documents:
