- Red River College Polytechnic is soliciting Proposals from qualified Vendors to provide Occupancy Tracking for Space Optimization solutions. The purpose of this project is to procure, install, and trial an occupancy tracking system that enables real-time and historical monitoring of instructional space usage at RRC Polytech. The goal is to collect accurate occupancy data to inform evidence-based planning, scheduling, and space utilization decisions, thereby improving operational efficiency and supporting strategic goals such as optimized classroom use and energy conservation.
