Description:
CBC/Radio-Canada is looking for a supplier that has an extended network of audio and video collection with interconnection to key production centers, venues, city halls, convention centers, etc., as well as to other media content providers, such as Global for example, who often provide “news pool feeds” for other media enterprises to interconnect too. CBC/Radio-Canada would like to install HD-SDI audio/video local loops or data circuits from its local production centers to the supplier-s points of presence in Montreal, Toronto and Ottawa in order to get access to several live content (local, from other cities or international) simultaneously.Any interested supplier shall provide all required details of its occasional audio/video collection network and point of presence for CBC/Radio-Canada to be able to evaluate the usefulness of the service for its own news production needs. Pricing of the occasional services offered must be provided in CAD per hour or per day. Switching fees to interconnect any ordered occasional services into CBC/Radio-Canada local loops must also be provided.
