- The City of St. Thomas is inviting proposals to provide a new wired Nurse Call System and Access Control System from firms with expertise providing these systems in Long-Term Care facilities. Valleyview Home is located at 350 Burwell Road in St. Thomas, Ontario where the City of St. Thomas operates the 136 bed Home.
The new system must work with the existing phone system, fire alarm system, door alarm, duress alarm and resident alarm systems. The overall nurse call communications network shall utilize IP communications between all major components, nurse consoles, telephones and controllers.
