- NEGOTIATED REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (NRFP) 1070-2526-199 For Group Benefit Services and Solutions, Province of BC Purpose of this NRFP The purpose of this NRFP is to invite Proponents to prepare and submit competitive Proposals to provide BC Housing with the Deliverables. Through this NRFP process, BC Housing is seeking to enter a contract (the “Contract”) with an experienced, qualified supplier (the “Supplier”) to provide group benefit services and solutions, that must at a minimum match to the current benefits. NRFP Timeline The following is BC Housing-s timeline for the procurement process: Event Date Issue Date of NRFP November 7, 2025 Deadline for Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) Submission November 14, 2025 @ 2:00 PM PT Deadline for Enquiries November 28, 2025 @ 2:00 PM PT Deadline for Issuing Addenda December 5, 2025 Submission Deadline: Proposals must be received on or before the following date and time (the “Submission Deadline”) December 12, 2025 @ 2:00 PM PT The above times are subject to change at the discretion of BC Housing.
