- The purpose of this RFP is to engage a civil engineering consultant to support VCC-s Policy Statement and Rezoning process. The work includes conducting background reviews, identifying opportunities and constraints, and completing preliminary site servicing and feasibility assessments. As the project moves into rezoning, the consultant will refine these early findings into detailed servicing, grading, drainage, and infrastructure concepts, prepare required analyses such as the Development Water Demands report, and assess needed utility upgrades. The consultant will also participate in key meetings, provide technical input to the broader team, support rezoning submissions, and assist through the public hearing and approval stages.
