- BOARD OF EDUCATION OF SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 36 (SURREY) NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS AND TRADES Bid No. 26-168-001 Addition Forsyth Road Elementary (Site 183) will be received by the undersigned no later than 14:00:00 (2:00:00 p.m.) local time on Thursday, April 16, 2026 through Bonfire. If you wish to attend the closing via MS Teams, please send an email Deborah Gomersall at cpo@surreyschools.ca not later than 48 hours before the Closing Date. The project is the construction of an addition at Forsyth Road Elementary, located at 10730 139 Street, Surrey, BC. The scope of work generally includes: the construction of a new 2-storey elementary school building addition including surrounding landscape, civil works, and partial upgrade of existing school at interface with the new addition. Bid Documents have been made available to prequalified General Contractors. The following General Contractors have been prequalified by the School District: DGS Construction Company Double V Construction Ltd Halse Martin Construction Co Ltd. Kinetic Construction Olivit Construction Ltd Pro-Can Construction Group Ventana Construction Group Bid Documents are available for review at the Vancouver Regional Construction Association (VRCA) Plan Room. The deadline for questions is Tuesday March 31, 2026. The architect firm for this project is Local Practice Architecture + Design. All inquiries shall be directed to General Contractors, who will in turn will enter questions in Bonfire.
