Description : Project #121-015 CSF École Beausoleil Modular School Victoria, BC NOTICE OF TENDER - Tender Package 1 Kinetic Construction Ltd., Construction Manager, will be receiving prices from qualified bidders for the above named project. Trade Packages included: C-01 Modular Buildings C-02 Reinforcing Steel C-03 On-Site Civil & Paving C-04 Structural Steel & Misc. Metals C-05 Aluminum Railings and Gates C-06 Roofing C-07 Doors, Frames, & Hardware C-08 Painting & Coating C-09 Mechanical C-10 Electrical C-11 Line Painting The project scope consists of construction and installation of 12 new modular buildings to serve as temporary school facilities for École Beausoleil. The modular complex will be constructed on the grounds of Braefoot Elementary School at 1440 Harrop Road. This project includes earthworks, subgrade utilities, mechanical and electrical services, and the construction of a covered walkway to connect the modular buildings. Work on-site is expected to begin March 26th, 2021 and be substantially completed by August 4th, 2021 in time for the 2021/2022 school year. - Documents :
