This Notice of Planned Procurement describes, in general terms, two future opportunities contemplated by the Province of British Columbia through its Ministry of Citizens' Services: 1. Managed Workplace Technology Services and 2. Service Desk Services.
The Ministry expects to run the two procurement streams concurrently. Service providers may participate in one or both of the opportunities. The procurement process for each is anticipated to be multi-stage and will require a reasonable time and resource commitment from service providers.
