- Description:
- It is WSA-s intent to post a public procurement competition on SaskTenders which requires a Contractor to complete major concrete work to the spillway and earthworks around the spillway. Theodore Dam is located ~ 6 km east of the village of Theodore, SK. The purpose of the project is to complete age- and condition-related major upgrades to the concrete overflow service spillway such that it can provide another ~ 50 years of safe and reliable service. The work within the spillway is scheduled to start August 1, 2025, and will continue through winter to March 2026 such that the spillway is returned to operational service prior to Spring Freshet 2026.
