BUILDING CONSTRUCTION (Includes Site Construction) OTHER CONSTRUCTION SERVICES Notice of Planned Procurement (NPP) This Notice of Planned Procurement is issued by Service New Brunswick ("SNB") on behalf of the Dept of Transportation and Infrastructure (DTI) to advise potential suppliers that DTI plans to conduct a procurement process as described below. Submissions/responses to this NPP are not sought or required. This NPP is intended to provide an advanced notice to potential suppliers of an upcoming procurement opportunity and is not intended to be a formal legally binding "Contract A" bidding process. It does not constitute an invitation to tender or a commitment to tender or create any obligation for DTI to proceed with the procurement. All procurement activities will be conducted in accordance with the Procurement Act and Regulations and applicable trade agreements and policies.
