NOTICE OF PLANNED PROCUREMENT
The information contained in this notice is a brief description of the requirement and is for information purposes only. Bidders must refer to the complete RFP document when released, for a full description of the requirement and the full bid instructions.

Background
The Chief Electoral Officer of Canada (CEOC), an agent of Parliament, exercises general direction and supervision over the conduct of elections and referendums at the federal level. The CEOC heads the Office of the Chief Electoral Officer, commonly known as Elections Canada (EC).
EC-s objective is to enter into one or multiple contracts for PPE items and their delivery (such as masks, hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes, face shields and gloves) as needed, in accordance with the Scope of Work.
Requirement
EC requires Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) goods as indicated and on an “as and when requested” basis for by-elections or General Elections:
1- EC 50710Disposable Surgical Mask
2- EC 50716Transparent Face Mask
3- EC 50718Hand Sanitizer (alcohol-free)
4- EC 50720Disinfectant Wipes
Ancillary:
5- Hand Sanitizer (alcohol-based)
6- Face Shield
7- Disposable Gloves
Bidder-s may submit unit prices for one or more, or all of the above items.
