- Island Health is seeking to secure and occupy approximately one thousand, nine hundred (1,900) usable square feet of space on a barrier-free single floor. The intended occupant will be an Internal Medicine Clinic. The premises are to accommodate approximately up to seven (7) staff, with up to ten (10) clients and/or visitors at a time. This should include a reception and waiting area, enclosed exam rooms, a breakroom, a server room, and washrooms, as per Appendix A Space Requirements provided in the full package, Notice of Leasing Opportunity. The clinic will be open to the public from the hours of 08:00 to 18:00, five (5) days per week with the possibility for future expansion of hours. Access to the facility for Island Health staff must be provided on a twenty-four (24) hour, seven (7) days per week basis.
