Summary Details:
Notice is hereby given by the Kwantlen Polytechnic University ("KPU") of its intent to award a contract to Peregrine Global Services, to provide online testing services to all KPU business degree students to evaluate knowledge associated with the academic degree program's learning outcomes.
Suppliers wishing to challenge this decision should submit in writing (by email to KPU Contact Person) the reasons for their objection, addressing the KPU business requirements set out in Section 2, and confirming a proven ability to provide equivalent functionality in the University/College environment.
Any and all objections received by the closing date and time below will be given due consideration prior to KPU engaging in negotiations with the Supplier. If justified, a supplier's meeting, with KPU representatives present to discuss the decision, will be called to receive supplier representations regarding this contract. KPU decisions in this regard will be final.
