Notice is hereby given by the Ministry of Forests, Lands, Natural Resource Operations and Rural Development (The Ministry) of its intent to purchase 130 Song-Meter Micros fully programable Autonomous Recording Unit, from:

Term: After the notice of intent is posted and completed, the ARUs will be delivered by May 5, 2021.
The invoice will not exceed a value of $26,000USD / or $32,555CDN.
The Ministry has chosen not to solicit other vendors as:
1) there are a limited number of ARU suppliers and our review of other vendors' equipment determined that the chosen vendor has the ability to fulfill all the specific ARU requirements as outlined in the attachment; and
2) the product selected has a proven track record of providing reliable results based on other similar study designs implemented by the Ministry.
