Summary Details:
Notice is hereby given by Northern Lights College (the "College") of its intent to contract with Houle Electric Limited for the provision of the following:
· Houle Electric Limited is the only one Reliable Controls dealer that can provide the services required for this size of project in Northern B.C.
The goods will be purchased by October 25, 2020.
The purchase total is anticipated to not exceed $350,000.00 for the provision of all goods and installation.
The College has chosen not to call for proposals at this time for the following reasons:
· Houle Electric Limited is the only one Reliable Controls dealer capable of committing to this size of project in Northern B.C.
A vendor's ability to offer the same or better solution at a lower cost in the same timeframe will be the key criterion regarding the consideration of objections. The same or better solution refers to the offering of a unit similar in size and functionality, with similar specifications, which proves to offer a similar educational training experience.
