  Detailed_Description : This is a Notice of Intended Procurement (NOIP) only and is not the official RFP Document(s). The RFP Documents will not be posted under this NOIP.The NOIP serves as advance notification that an RFP for Activation Impact Measurement will be posted in the near future. The contents contained within this NOIP provide high level details on what Proponent(s) may expect from the RFP once it is issued to the open market. OCS will be launching a competitive bidding process for proponents to submit proposals for measuring the impact of OCS-s public-facing activations and investments on consumer behavior. These public-facing activations can include pricing exercises, marketing campaigns (digital, Out of Home (OOH), radio etc.) and other initiatives intended to grow legal market share and advance OCS-s social responsibility mandate. The successful proponent will provide timely, actionable insights that validate effectiveness and inform future strategies.Additional Information Provided Under Confidentiality and Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA):Proponents will be required to sign a Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to obtain the Additional Information provided under NDA. A copy of the NDA is included with this NOIP, which can be completed and submitted to the Procurement Contact (tingting.pan@ocs.ca). Proponents that submit a signed NDA before the RFP release date will receive the Additional Information within one (1) business day upon RFP issuance. Proponents that submit a signed NDA after the RFP release date will receive the Additional Information within two (2) business days after their NDA submission.Please note that the NDA is not open to negotiation. To ensure a fair and consistent process, the same NDA applies to all proponents without modifications. Signing the NDA does not commit your company to submit a proposal. It simply allows you to receive the Additional Information provided under the NDA.
