- The District of North Vancouver (“DNV”) is requesting responses to this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) for a North Shore Transportation Panel Survey. The project is a joint initiative between the District of North Vancouver (“DNV”), the City of North Vancouver (“CNV”), and the District of West Vancouver (“DWV”). This data collection project will recruit North Shore residents to a Panel that will be surveyed bi-annually, recording their travel trends and perceptions to obtain key statistics to inform major transportation policies and projects.
This RFP will procure consultant services to undertake two Transportation Panel Surveys conducted bi-annually (fall 2025 and fall 2027), with a possible extension to complete one additional panel survey in fall 2029.
