Project Description1. Introduction Bids are solicited for a Boiler Upgrade project at North Ridge Elementary School (Site 138) - at 13460 62 Ave, Surrey, BC V3X 2J2. Electronic bid packages will be available online on EUNA at https://surreyschools.bonfirehub.ca/projects/98486 2. Closing time Bid needs to be submitted by the undersigned no later than 14:00:00 (2:00:00 pm), Dec 04, 2025, local time through EUNA. 3. Site Visit A mandatory site visit will be held at the main entrance of North Ridge Elementary School (Site 138) - at 13460 62 Ave, Surrey, BC V3X 2J2 on Nov 14, 2025, at 09:00 AM. Contractors are responsible for confirming the existing site and building(s) conditions. Claims for additional costs will not be entertained with respect to existing conditions that could have been reasonably ascertained by a detailed inspection of the site. Bids will not be accepted by Contractors who do not attend the scheduled mandatory site visit. 4. Prequalified Contractors Only Solicit bids will only be accepted from the prequalified contractors who are on the Roster of RFPQ 2020-58-FW - Prequalification for Mechanical Contractors. If you are not currently on the roster and would like to be considered, please register for BC Bid notifications to be notified when the next refresh process takes place.
