Trade contract tenders, as detailed below, are requested by Public Tender in regard to North Cowichan Civic Building, 6444 Ford Road, North Cowichan BC, V9L 6C5.
The following tenders will be accepted at the offices of the Construction Manager not later than 2:00 PM local time, Tuesday, May 11, 2021:
C-010 Concrete Unit Masonry Veneer
C-011 Building Envelope & Cladding Finishes
C-012 Overhead Sectional & Coiling Doors
C-013 Glazed Aluminum Curtain Wall & Sunshade System
C-014 Civil Work, Asphalt Paving
The project consists of Multi Phased Tender with Tender Package Two (TP-2) consisting of the Exterior Building Envelop and Civil Works including new water/fire line, sanitary and storm services, asphalt paving and concrete curb and gutter, concrete unit masonry veneer, building envelop c/w various siding materials c/w exterior steel stud, insulation, moisture and air barriers, exterior overhead doors, glazed aluminum curtain wall construction with exterior aluminum sunshades.
There will be a bid walk with the Construction Manager for Contract C-014 Civil Work, Asphalt Paving to be held on Thursday, April 22, 2021 between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM. Attendance at the bid walk is recommended as no other unauthorized site visits will be allowed. The lowest ... - Documents :
