Description:
Colliers Project Leaders is seeking the Services of an Engineer to provide Engineering services and act as a Prime Consultant for project 240445-280163 - North Bay Fish Culture Station (FCS) Rebuild located at 10521 HWY 63 French TWP, ON P0H 2A0. The project intent is to complete a total refurbishment of the North Bay Fish Culture Station, including site works, building upgrades, and infrastructure improvements. Scope includes geotechnical investigations, roadway and electrical service design, backup power generation, and assessment of existing water, septic, and sanitary systems. Major components include the demolition of the Office Hatchery, replacement or refurbishment of the Raceway Cover Building, and construction of a new main building in the valley with integrated fish tanks, plumbing, and automated feeding systems. The consultant will coordinate with client-provided environmental and aquaculture consultants to ensure all design elements support operational requirements.You must submit a response in the 'Intent to Bid' or 'Intent to not Bid' section by the due date. If the "Intent to Bid" or "Intent not to Bid" (with explanation) is not selected there will be issues in submitting a bid or penalties may apply if no response is received at all.
