Description:
LFRFP 250012, Ministry of Highways Legal Land Surveys Standing Offer GOS requires the supply of legal surveying services from up to an estimated amount of nine (9) firms for a three (3) year period (2025-2028 fiscal year) with the option to extend the standing offer for two (2) additional one (1) year period(s). Services will include all services to raise title to legal plans in the name of the Crown and act as Land Surveyor for assigned projects. This RFP advertises for three geographical areas of work, Prince Albert, Saskatoon and Regina service areas. The proponent may bid on any or all of the service areas. It is anticipated that nine (9) firms will be shortlisted, with an expectation of three (3) firms for each service area, although GOS may choose to shortlist additional firms per area based on the quantity and quality of submissions received. All firms must have a team member registered with The Saskatchewan Land Surveyors Association (SLSA) with the designation of Saskatchewan Land Surveyor (SLS) and licensed to practice legal surveying in Saskatchewan.
