CATSA is responsible for the delivery of consistent, effective and efficient screening of passengers and non-passengers and their baggage in designated airports. Further information about CATSA can be obtained at www.catsa.gc.ca.1.1 Estimated Contract Value$4,400,0002.0 DescriptionThe Canadian Air Transport Security Authority ("CATSA") has a requirement to procure maintenance services for the Traffic Management Systems ("TMS") at airports across Canada for an initial term of five (5) years, with one (1) optional extension term of five (5) years, as further described in Schedule "A" (Statement of Work) including: Software Upgrade - upgrade the current TMS software platform (Inductive Automation Ignition) to the latest version; Support and Maintenance - support, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance of the hardware components of the TMS, and support and maintenance of the Inductive Automation Ignition software; Inventory Management - manage spare parts, including procurement and supply; and Additional Services - supply new components and perform system development and site acceptance testing services on an as-requested basis to fulfill any new requirements related to changes in CATSA's Non-Passenger Screening Vehicle ("NPSV") program. 3.0 Procurement MethodThis RFP establishes an Open Tendering process...
