- The Ottawa International Airport Authority (“OIAA”) is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for four (4) passenger vehicle rental concessions (“Vehicle Rental Concessions”) at Ottawa International Airport (the “Airport”), and shall award each of the four highest-scoring proponents (“Successful Proponents”) the right to conduct on-airport rental car operations from one or more of four (4) counter locations in the Airport-s enclosed parking structure (the “Parkade”). There is a mandatory information session/proponents meeting scheduled for December1, 2025 at 13:00hrs.The official copy of this Request for Proposal (RFP) and all addenda issued pertaining to this RFP will be ONLY available from the Bonfire public purchasing portal at https://yow.bonfirehub.ca/portal. Bonfire is the official and sole distributor of this RFP and any addenda. If a Proponent obtains this document by means other than through bonfire, the accuracy of the document and receipt of any addenda is the sole responsibility of the Proponent.
