The Municipality of Clarington (Municipality) will be seeking Proposals from qualified General Contracting firms who have the necessary qualifications and experience to provide the services required for an upcoming construction project for the new Clarington Operations Depot and Emergency Fire Station Facility. From the proposals received, the Municipality intends to prequalify proponents for the upcoming tender for the General Contractor for the construction of the new Operation Depot, Fire Station and Training Facility to be released later this year.
The Municipality is providing the industry advance notice of this upcoming procurement to allow them to assemble the appropriate consulting team to respond to this Prequalification.
