- Notice is hereby given by Kwantlen Polytechnic University (the “University”) of its intent to award a contract to GuardMe Student Support for the provision of a Student Support Program that provides 24/7 mental health support service, as described in Section 2 of the Notice of Intent.
The term of the proposed contract is to be for a period of three (3) years, with an anticipated start date in February 2025. The University has the option to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to two (2) more years.
The annual contract is valued in the range of $150,000-$200,000 CAD. All costs outlined should be based on a projected average enrollment of 13,500 FTE (full-time equivalent). The FTE count includes part-time and full-time domestic and international students, on-campus and online, and serves only as an estimated annual projection of the student FTE count that may be expected to participate in this program. - Documents:
