Description:
Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA) intends to extend the current contract with Garden City Tree & Landscape for the BCC VICC - Richmond Road Space Renovation (E801-00).

The maximum value of the contract including extension will not exceed $ 210K

PHSA have chosen not to complete a Request for Proposal (RFP) process for the following reasons:

· Garden City Tree & Landscape has a good understanding of the project histories, current site conditions.

· Garden City Tree & Landscape has performed already completed 2 change orders to this project.

· Garden City Tree & Landscape has established good working relationships with the Project stakeholders.

· Garden City Tree & Landscape is registered and comply with all applicable WorkSafe BC regulations.

Contractors may challenge this decision by sending an email to Greg Fong by March 24, 2025 - 15:00 hour local time.
Provide proof showing your experience related to the requirements defined in this Notice of Intent. Only challenges from qualified Consulting firms will be reviewed.
