Notice is hereby given that Capital Regional District (the “CRD”), intends to directly award a Contract to SAP Canada Inc. to provide SAP Subscription Cloud Services (SAP Sig Mgmt by DocuSign, basic SFSF and SAP Integration Suite, SFSF edition) for the period December 16, 2025, to December 15, 2028 at an estimated value of $129,205.53 CAD. Awarded Vendor SAP Canada Inc. 222 Bay Street, Suite 2000, P.O. Box 41 Toronto, ON M5K 1B7 In accordance with applicable trade agreements, CRD has chosen not to proceed with a competitive process for the following reason: 1. The goods or services can be supplied only by the selected supplier and no alternative or substitute exists for the following reason: • To ensure compatibility with existing products/systems • To maintain specialized products that must be maintained by the manufacturer or its representative Vendors who wish to challenge this decision should submit a detailed written objection including documentation demonstrating that they meet the requirements and criteria set out above.
