Notice is hereby given that Vancouver Island Health Authority ["VIHA"], through its agent Provincial Health Services Authority ("PHSA"), intends to directly award a Contract to the following supplier to provide Fresenius Aqua C UNO H - Portable RO for 5008 Dialysis Machines for Summit Long Term Care, Nanaimo Regional General Hospital and Royal Jubilee Hospital for a term of two (2) years at an estimated value of $150,000.
